Good planning is the key factor to success. We follow a Seven-Step Model for all of our Web Design Projects.

1. GET IN TOUCH

We want to learn about your brand’s story, your mission and your goals. How do you visualize your Website? We will ask you to complete a short questionnaire to make sure that we know exactly what you want and be able to create a Website that fits the context of your vision.

2. OUR QUOTE

We will send you our quote via email and let you know which is the earliest available starting date for the design and development of your Website. To reserve the date an advance payment of 40% of the agreed amount is needed. The remaining balance must be paid when the project is completed.

3. WEB DESIGN &
PRESENTATION PART 1

Before proceeding to the design of your website we will ask you to give us your content. This includes your logo, texts, images, videos, contact details etc.

If you feel you are getting stuck we can help you get your website content at an extra charge (logo design, stock photos, stock videos, custom images etc)

Our next step is to create the homepage and the basic structure of your website. We will then show you a live presentation of our work (your website sample will be online for a limited amount of time) and ask you for your feedback.

4. PRESENTATION PART 2

We will proceed to the full development of your Website. We will then show you a live presentation of the work done (your website sample will be online for a limited amount of time) and ask you again for your feedback. We will proceed in further changes based on your comments and suggestions.

5. WEBSITE COMPLETION &
FINAL PRESENTATION

We will proceed to the final design and development of your website and we will again show you a final live presentation. At this point you will be able to see a live mobile version of your website. (We create websites with a responsive web design that will be able to respond to any device or display).

6. WEBSITE LAUNCH

After the final changes your Website will be officially live on the Internet (Upon the complete payment of the balance due).

There are additional charges for changes made after the official Website lauch date.

7. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The design and development of your official Website is only the beginning of our cooperation. We provide premium customer support and we are always willing to assist our clients.
